Application form for
issuance of a Guarantee - Importer / Exporter Service
This tool enables our customers to complete their
application for a guarantee from their computer. This form should be printed
in duplicate and the original forwarded to AIB Trade Finance Services through
the customer's account relationship manager.

Application form to
transfer a Letter of Credit - Exporter Service
This form enables exporters that are the beneficiaries
of Transferable Letters of Credit in their favour to transfer all, or part,
of the benefit of such Letters of Credit to third parties / second beneficiaries.
The form clearly identifies the terms of the Letter of Credit that can be
altered before being transferred to the second beneficiary. The form should
be printed and forwarded to AIB Trade Finance Services through the customer's
account relationship manager.

Bill of Exchange Template
- Exporter Service
The Bill of Exchange is a common
document used by exporters (sellers) in international trade to demand payment
from the buyer. Bills of Exchange are usually used in the Letter of Credit
and Documentary Collection processes. This template allows our customers to
prepare Bills of Exchange directly from their computer.

Letter of Credit Checklist
- Exporter Service
The Letter of Credit is a powerful
instrument that places the exporter (seller) of goods in complete control
of securing the payment related to such sales. However, the exporter can only
secure the payment if they can comply with the terms and conditions in the
Letter of Credit. This checklist provides a useful tool to enable an exporter
to adopt a consistent approach to examining the terms and conditions of each
Letter of Credit received.

Letter of Credit -
Instruction to Buyer Template - Exporter Service
In order to ensure that an exporter
can comply with the terms and conditions of a Letter of Credit, the exporter
should try to influence the format of the Letter of Credit. This template
enables the exporter to provide the importer (buyer) with the terms and conditions
of a Letter Of Credit that are acceptable. (N.B. Exporters should ensure that
any special documentary requirements of the buyer regarding importation of
the goods are also included).
